I had a terrible experience with another bridal boutique in wn and ran to Brides N’ Maidens where manager was a vast any time, my dress had not been uched since last time it was looked at. Oftentimes any time, I was promised a call within two three weeks to notify me of my dress being almost ready. And therefore the customer service ended, when dress was paid for. In fact, the person in charge of alterations doesn’t speak English. There was a terrible disconnect in communication, despite another employee translated. Now regarding aforementioned fact… My dress was as well in no circumstances pressed despite having to ask twice, after last every 3 fittings. In general, their reason was they have been busy and it was over the holidays. Then, phone buzz were not made as promised and when they phoned the company and left messages, the calls were not returned. Whenever offering continued taking my wrinkled dress, irritated and frustrated that we couldn’t get them to fix my dress to make it look presentable for my wedding.
I do not recommend this place to any one.
She was pretty short with her replies back and not really friendly with kids. We encourages to see a special dress but in another color and she went to back and got us one that was in a clear bag. Older lady that works So there’s very rude. It’s a well I felt highly we welcomed from the moment we walked in there. Furthermore, my sister tryed uching it a she rudely backed up and didn’t we must uch it. Therefore this place isn’t worth going. Share it on our really like that review?
