They have the worst customer service and DO NOT adhere to a very customer unfriendly return policy. As a result, they are deliberately out to scam people. We accept returns if the item with obvious quality problems which can be defined as follows. Their stated return policy already is ‘setup’ to put their customers at a disadvantage, and they refuse to adhere to it. Therefore, despite having sent me my dress in the WRONG COLOR, they refused to accept a return and instead insisted on sending me another poor quality dress. Their return policy reads. It is I know how to sewthey didn#039t come close. With all that said… After paying $ 169 they offered to give $ 30 refund at best.

I ordered from DH Gate. Therefore againif you did, you should not be looking for cheap. Accordingly the dress was 6 inches as indicated by my measurements. Avoid DH Gate. Now look, the company refused to do anything about it. Normally, that’s fine, I actually would much rather pay $ 250 dot 00 for a dress that has a few problems that pay $ 1100 dot 00 for a dress that I will wear once. I received my dress on April 1st!! Generally, It’s beautiful, it was shoved in a small write and inside out. Normally, you can for sure tell that it’s a knock off. All in all I am absolutely thrilled with the dress. Then the fabric is good quality and the stitching is perfect. I followed the guide provided to measure myself and ok a centimetre off here and there to ensure a perfect fit.
