Watching the bridal show is an eye opener, the customer service is not that great, they have real expensive ugly designer dresses. Of course, mostly there’s definately a feeling that these 2 people thought they’ve been in NYC they watch to much TV. I’m almost sure I would rather get an ideal deal good customer service than at a big fancy store, the store was clean is not as fancy as others. They never stopped trying until I found the one!
